Exhibitor Fees

    • Early Bird until March 31st: $1,400
    • Starting April 1st: $1,600



Cancellation Policy:  

$100 administration fee.
Refunds only issued if space is resold.
No refunds after June 1, 2026.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.


Exhibitor Fee Includes:

  • Booth Package includes a 6 foot table + 2 chairs
  • Fee includes 2 staff members
  • 2 additional staff passes may be purchased for $200 each
  • Maximum of 4 staff members per booth; No exceptions
  • Company listing on Southeast Chapter Conference Page
  • List of Attendees (per ANCC guidelines, the attendee list is restricted to attendees opting in to share their contact information)
